2nd round counseling for selection of candidates for admission into Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course in the Institute of Pharmacy attached to 3 Medical college of Assam for the session 2021

3 Institute of Pharmacy attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam
i) Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh
ii) Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati
iii) Silchar Medical College, Silchar

Candidates bring with them all original testiominials
i) Marks sheet of 10+2
ii) Admit card of HSLC Examination, Pass certificate
iii) PRC
iv) Cast Certificate
v) Admit Card of Entrance Exam 2021
vi) EWS Certificate and others relevant documents including Admit card of Common entrance Examination, Separate photo copies of the said documents will required at the time of counseling
For TGL/Ex-TGL Candidates the cast certificate must be issued by the concerned DC or SDO

• Char Area Rank upto 483 in Entrance Exam 2021

Those candidates already admitted after first counseling who want to change their institution as per available in order ay also appear in the 2nd counseling

Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat and institution during the first counseling need not appear in the 2nd round of counseling and their seats in already allotted Institution shall remain unchanged
