Introduction

The Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) will soon conduct the counseling for admission into D.Pharm and B.Pharm courses for the academic year 2025. Candidates who appeared for CEE 2025 and are seeking admission in government or private pharmacy institutes of Assam must attend the counseling process as per the schedule to be notified.

Documents Required at the Time of Counseling

All candidates attending the SSUHS D.Pharm and B.Pharm Counseling 2025 must carry the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:

  2. Admit Card of HSLC (Class 10) Examination
  3. Pass Certificate of 10+2
  4. Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC)

Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates must reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled counseling time.
  • Original documents and photocopies are mandatory.
  • Candidates must attend counseling in person. No proxy or guardian attendance is allowed unless prior permission is granted.
  • Final seat allotment will be done strictly on the basis of merit, category, and availability of seats.
