The Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has officially announced the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026 for admission into B.Sc Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Healthcare courses for the academic session 2026.

The entrance examination will be conducted on 7 June 2026 from 10 AM to 12 Noon.

Eligibility Criteria for BSc Nursing

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions before applying.

Nationality

The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Residency

For admission into Government nursing institutes of Assam, candidates must have a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Assam.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must pass 10+2 Science (HS).
• Subjects must include Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• Minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 17 years as on 31 December 2026
• Maximum age: 35 years

Male candidates are not eligible for admission in Government Nursing Institutes of Assam, but they may apply for private institutes.

The entrance exam will be based on Higher Secondary (10+2) Science standard.
