Eligibility:
ii) He/ She must be a permanent and current resident of Assam

Educational Qualification:
i) He / She should be Post Graduate in Management/Economics/Social Work
ii) Preference shall be given to candidates from National Institute and having prior work experience
Age: Should be more than 35 years of age
