Admission into the 1st year Diploma in Pharmacy course in the
Institute of Pharmacy attached to 3 Medical Colleges of Assam
for the session 2018

The following candidates as shown in the category wise and college wise
Select list, who appeared in the

counseling held on 25th & 26th September, 2018

and were
select list , the Selection Board are hereby allowed for provisional admission into the 1’t
year Diploma in Pharmacy course in the Institute of Pharmacy attached to 3 (Three)
Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2018

the candidates are hereby directed to report for admission to the Principal
of the respective Medical Colleges along with their all original testimonials, Admit Card
CEE, 2018, necessary admission fees etc. on 10th & 11th October/2018 otherwise their
selection will be autocratically cancelled

1. Candidates are to deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass
Certificates of HSLC and HSSLC or Equivalent examination and caste
certificate to the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges at the time of
admission.

2. The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medical
Fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constitute by the respective
Colleges.

3. admission are provisional.
