Eligibility criteria for Assam Administrative Staff College Admission 2022

• The candidate must be an Indian Citizen
• Educational Qualification: The candidates must hold a degree in any discipline from a recognized University ( Self – attested copies of pass certificate along with marksheets should be mandatorily enclosed)
• Age limit: A candidate must have attained 21 years of age must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st August 2022 ( Self attested copies of caste certificate be mandatorily enclosed)
• upto  a maxium of 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) applicants
• Upto a maximum of 3 years of OBC/MOBC applicants

Eligibility for the selection test for the coaching programme

• General category applicants securing at least 60 percent and reserved category applicants securing 55 percent mark in the degree examination (only this be considered) shall be eligible for the test In case CGPA is given in the final mark sheet the applicant must convert the CGPA into percentage and fill in the application from accordingly)

Selection process

Candidates will be selected based on the Marks obtained in the selection test. The date of the selection test shall be intimated too the application one week prior on the test

The syllabus of the selection test will be General Studies and CSAT (Multiple Choice questions)
Maximum Marks for the selection test will be 200
Total Number of questions: 100
There will be negative marking for every wrong answer. The list of applicants eligible for the selection test shall be uploaded in the website
