Academic Qualification/Experience:

Should have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/industrial Relations/Social Work (with Personnel Management)Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from recognized Institution having 18 years experience in the line in reputed large industrial Organization degree in Law will be an added advantage.

 Age:

 Minimum-40 Years, Maximum-50 Years

 Compensation Package:

 Selected candidate will be placed in the Pay Band of 12,000-40,000, Grade Pay of 7400 gross Salary per annum: 5.8 lakh +other Perks and Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation

Asstt. Manager (Legal)

 Academic Qualification/ Experience:

Should have degree in Law from recognized Institute/University, having minimum 7 years experience n line in a reputed Organization

 Age:

Minimum-35 Years, Maximum 40 Years

Compensation Package

 selected candidate will be placed in the Pay Band of 12,000-40,000-, Grade Pay of 6,100 Gross Salary per annum: 54 lakh +other Perks and Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation

Personnel Officer

 Academic Qualification/ Experience:

Should have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/industrial Relations/Business Administration/Labor Welfare/Social Work from recognized Institute. Having minimum 14 yean elevant experience/Management Training

Age

 Maximum 38 Years

 Compensation Package:

Selected candidate will be placed in the Pay Band of 12,000-40.000, Grade Pay of 5,400 Gross Salary per annum: 5.2 lakh+other Perks and Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation.

General Conditions

1. Age Relaxation may be given as per State Govt. Rules for reserved category employees.
2. Candidates presently employed in Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings Autonomous Organizations should send their applications through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will not be entertained

3. In case of deserving candidates presently employed in Govt. Departments/Govt Organizations PSUs/Autonomous Organizations, drawing higher Pay will be eligible for Protection of Pay in the same Pay Band, as per rule
