Required Documents Documents for Paramedical counseling

Candidates attending the counseling are required to bring the following original documents along with their photocopies:

• Admit Card of Paramedical Entrance Examination 2024.
• Marks sheets of HSSLC or equivalent examination.
• Admit Card and Pass Certificates of Class X and Class XII.
• Permanent Resident Certificate.
• Caste Certificates (if applicable).
• NCL Certificates for OBC/MOBC candidates.
• EWS Certificate (if applicable).
• PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Recent passport-sized photographs.

For Char Area candidates, the certificate must be issued by the Char Area Development Authority and countersigned by the concerned DC/SDO

Venue of counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22
Time: 10:00 AM on each scheduled day.
Important Notes
Candidates must appear in person for the counseling. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the seat. TGL/Ex-TGL candidates are required to attend separate counseling at the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, on a date yet to be notified.
