Assam Police day 2020 Online Essay & Yoga Competition, Assam police day is celebrated every year on 1st of October to mark the occasion on which, the first Indian Officer Sh. K.R. Choudhary, IPS became the police Chief of Assam He took over the responsibility from Mr. J.H. Reid, IP (Britisher) on 1st October 1951.

Assam Police will be conducting two Online Competition this year
i) Online Essay Competition
ii) Online Yoga Competition
Online Essay Competition Topic for Essay
Your views on Assam Police in terms of sensitivity and efficiency and your suggestions to improve on the gaps
The Essay can be written in either English or Assamese
Essay should be uploaded in pdf format only

The Competition is divided into Seniors and Juniors divisions
i) Junior division from class VIII to X
ii) Senior Division from class XI till Graduation Final Year

Online Yoga Competition is divided into Senior and Junior divisions
i) Junior division from class III to X
ii) Senior division class from XI to Post Graduation Final year
Each participant should choose one amongst the following Asanas and shoot a video of not more than 1 minute of himself/herself performing that asana
1. Sarvangasana
2. Ushtrasana
3. Bhujangasana
4. Vrikshasana
Video size not more than 5 MB and Video should be uploaded in mp4 format only

Assam Police Headquarters will be honour each of the winner from Senior and Junior divisions with cash prizes as under
The winner of the Competition- Rs.10,000/-
First Runner Up of the Competition Rs.9,000/-
Second Runner Up of the Competition Rs.8,000/-
Consolation prizes Rs.5,000/- each (10 Prizes for each Division, viz. Senior/Junior)
