Assam Secretariat Typist Recruitment 2021- Apply for 7 Typist posts

Assam Legislative Assembly Secretariat released a notification regarding filling of 7 Typist vacancy  for Who have passed H.S or PU from any recognized Council/Board, Applications are invited from the citizen of India as defined in the Article 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India to fill up the following vacancy in Assam Legislative Assembly Secretariat 

Assam Secretariat Typist Recruitment 2021 details
Name of post: Typist
Total Vacancy: 7 ( UR-3, ST(P) – 2, SC-1, ST(H) – 1)
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- with Grade Pay Rs.6,200/-

Assam Secretariat Typist 7 Vacancy 2021 
Educational Qualification:
i) The candidate should pass minimum H.S or PU Passed from any recognized Council/Board
ii) The candidates must possess a minimum 6 months Diploma Certificate in Computer Proficiency/Application from a recognized Institute with excellent knowledge of DTP in both English and Assamese language, also the candidates must have good command over both the language

Age: The candidate  should not be less than 21 years and more than 40 year of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel
Relaxation – The upper age limit is relaxable
i) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC Candidates i.e upto 43 years and
ii) By 5 years for SC/ST (P) & (H) Candidates i.e upto 45 years

Selection Procedure:
After proper scrutiny eligible candidates shall be initially called for a computer Practical Test where the candidates shall have to type passage both Assamese Language with a minimum speed limit 30 words per minute and English language with a minimum speed of 40 words per minimum Successful candidates will be called for an Oral Interview for final selection

How to Apply:
Candidates shall be required to send the duly filled in Application in Standard form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette with Self attested photo copies of all Testimonials with the requires documents indicated below

i) Age proof certificate (Birth Certificate/Admit card of H.S.LC or equivalent examination) and 2 copies recent passport size photo
ii) A Self addressed envelope (size 22 x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs.6/- only shall be submitted. Candidates will have to superscribe the name of post applied for on the top of the sealed envelope carrying the application form and should be addressed to the Additional Secretary, Assam Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Dispur Guwahati-781006

Candidates applying through proper channel shall produce on NOC from the Head of the Institution
Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected
