Age: 18 Years to 38 Years, Age Relaxation check notification
Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Science) or equivalent with Diploma in ICU Technician Course.
How to Apply: The intending candidates shall bring all original documents/testimonials for verification along with a self of attested photo copies of the documents/testimonials to appear to the walk in – interview
(i) 2 Copies of recent passport size color photo.
(ii) Birth Certificate/ HSLC Admit/HSLC Board pass certificate for age proof.
