Dibrugarh University B Pharm Practice Programme 2021
Name of programme: B.Pharm (Practice) Programme
Duration of programme: 2 year
Intake: 40 seats
Minimum Qualification for admission to the Programme –
i)A pass in Diploma Course in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
ii) A registered pharmacist.
iii) A minimum of four years of pharmacy practice experience in a community or hospital pharmacy-
a. A Certificate from competent authority stating that the candidate is endorsed as registered pharmacist in the drug license of a pharmacy as proof of practice experience in case of community pharmacist.
b. A certificate from the Principal /Medical Superintendent /competent person of the Hospital /Health Unit stating that the candidate is working as a pharmacist will be accepted as proof of practice experience in case of hospital pharmacist
iv) A ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer in prescribed format (Annexure-A)
Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of –
i) Statutory Reservation Policy as per the rules of the University. Unfilled /vacant reserved category seats will be filled up from other categories.
ii) A Government employee will get preference.
iii) Period of service and date of superannuation.
iv) Percentage of Marks in Diploma in Pharmacy examination.

Procedure of Application: The prescribed Application form can be downloaded from the Dibrugarh University website www.dibru.ac.in. The filled in application form along with all the necessary testimonials must be submitted to the Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University through email to the ID: [email protected] and

The application fee of Rs. 500/- should be paid at the time of applying through Debit Card /Credit Card /Internet Banking /Google Pay/UPI etc. payable to the Registrar, Dibrugarh University at the A/C No. 0157002100032540, IFSC Code PUNB0994000, Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch, Dibrugarh.
The applicants must e-mail the transaction details regarding the application fee as mentioned below : i) Name of the Account Holder from whom the fee has been deposited
ii) Name of the Applicant
iii) Mobile Number of the Account Holder from whom the fee has been deposited
iv) Transaction Amount
v) Transaction ID
vi) Transaction Date
vii) Seanned copy of Transaction Receipt

Course Fee: Rs. 25,000/-Per Year
Admission Fee: As applicable to other Academic Programmes
