Date of 2nd counseling: 15th to 22 November 2021
Venue of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile Khanapara, Guwahati-22
Time of counseling: At 10:30 am
Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i,e
Marks sheets of 10+2 Exam
Admit card of HSLC Examination
Pass Certificate
PRC
Caste certificate and relevant documents etc.
Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificate/ testimonials etc. in original
Those candidates who already got admitted in their respective course and institution as per the 1st counseling and are willing to change their course and institution, they must bring with them the necessary admission receipts, etc.at the time of 2nd counseling, failing which there change in course and institution will not be allowed.
Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted and admitted seat during the first counseling need not paper in the 2nd counseling and their seats in already admitted shall remain unchanged.
