Remuneration: Rs.17,000/- pm
Qualification & Experience: 
i) Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy course from Medical college of Assam/Institutes registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.
ii) Computer Proficiency MS Office
iii) Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience
Age limit: 18 years o 40 years as on 01.01.2022 for age relaxation check notification

2.Name of post: ANM
No.of posts: 1
Remuneration: 16,500/- pm
Qualification: ANM Course passed from any Nursing School/ Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with Assam Nurse Midwives and Health Visitor’s Council
Age limit: 18 years o 40 years as on 01.01.2022 for age relaxation check notification

3.Name of post: Office Assistant
No.of posts: 1
Remuneration: Rs.17,000/- pm
Qualification:
Graduate From any Govt. recognized University
Computer Proficiency (6months Diploma)
Age limit: 18 years o 40 years as on 01.01.2022 for age relaxation check notification

4.Name of post: Grade IV
No.of posts: 1
Remuneration: Rs.12,000/- pm
Qualification: Class VIII Passed
Age limit: 18 years o 40 years as on 01.01.2022 for age relaxation check notification

Interested eligible candidates who are citizens of India are hereby invited to attend “Walk-in-Interview” for filling up the following fixed pay (Contractual) vacant posts for the ESI Scheme Dispensary/Clinic at Dhemaji & Sivasagar District respectively

Candidates are required to bring their applications in Standard form of application published in Assam Gazette. Part-IX in block letters alongwith self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education, qualification, caste employment exchange registration certificate, experience certificate, if any, 2 (two) nos recent passport size colur photographs alongwith mobile no. and valid-email
