Instruction for Applicant:
Applicant below 22 years of age should be unmarried and above 22 years of age are eligible even if married. Marriage Certificate issued from Gram Pradhan /Register /Self Affidavit are to be attached with application.
Applicant should be in possession of original Matriculation mark sheet, pass certificate and Latest passport size photograph ( Not older than six months from the date of application) of the candidate duly self – attested is to be pasted on the application from and additional passport size photographs in duplicate are to be attached.
Name of applicant in all document to be written as per matriculation pass certificate.
Medical examination will be done at Unit level after screening test.

Instruction for applicant:
Applicant should be in possession of original matriculation mark sheet, pass certificate. One passport size photograph to be pasted on application and additional 02 photograps are to be attached with the application in a separate envelope (Self attested on reverse)
Name of applicant in all documents to be written as per matriculation pass certificate.
If married, marriage certificate along with two joint photographs (Post card size) are to be attached with the application.
Medical examination will be conducted after screening test.
Submission date: Blank forms are available at Main Guard Room/ Stn Orderly Officer, Air Force Station Mohanbari. Filled Applications should be submitted to Main Guard Room/Stn Orderly Officer latest by 17 Jun 21 till 1200 hrs.
