Total No of seats: 600 @ 60 seats in each Programme Study Centres

Eligibility Criteria for NHM Assam CCH July Batch 2022

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing – Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) from a recognized, of Science in Nursing from a recognized Institute or University

GNM Course passed & registered with Assam Nurse Midwives & Health Visitor Council
Age limit: Less than 35 years of age
Upper age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years as on 1st July 2022

Candidates who successfully completes from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and will be posted at the Sub Centre – Health & Wellness Centre as Community Health Officer (CHO) . The course is open to any eligible candidates including contractual employees of NHM

Desirable Criteria for NHM Assam CCH Course

i) Proficiency in regional/ Local language and district
ii) Work Experience in the public Health System preferably at the primary/ Community Health Center level will be given weightage in case of large number of applicants

Stipend / Remuneration for NHM Assam CCH Course

Stipend / Remuneration During the Course: For In-service NHM Candidates:  Respective Remuneration/Salary per month + Rs. 10,000/- per month for Fooding / Lodging for a· maximum of six months

For Other Candidates:  Stipend Rs. 10,000/- per month + Rs. 10,000/- per month for Fooding / Lodging for a maximum of six· months

Remuneration: On successful completion of the course, the CHOs, if absorbed under NHM,s/he will receive Rs. 25,000/ per month and performance based incentives up to Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Must Submit the following documents for the purpose of screening and preparation of merit list

i) All Mark sheets of last Qualifying Exams as mentioned in Essential Criteria
ii) Provisional/ Final Degree Certificate
iii) Registration Certificate/ Council Registration Certificate
iv) In case of NHM (In-Service) Candidates the copy of Appointment Letter and NOC from respective Joint Director of Health Services

v) Work Experience Certificate
vi) Age Proof Certificate
vii) Candidates applying under reserved category will have to attach a copy of their caste certificate, issued by competent authority

Selection Process for NHM Assam CC Admission 2022

All Applicants will be subjected to a screening process and candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of total aggregate marks in their last qualifying course/qualification, i,e Merit wise and highest qualification as mentioned Essential criteria
