Who can Apply Oil Award and Merit Scholarship
1. Non Oil Employees Children Category
Oil Operational areas of Dibrugargh, Tinsukia, Charaideo districts (Under Moran Oildfield), Sivasagar districts (Under Moran Oilfield) of Assam Namsai, Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh

2 Oil Employees Children category
10th and 12th board examinations from Schools/Colleges across India

Oil Awards 2020
i) Students securing 95% and above marks in Class X and XII Board Examination viz SEBA,CBSE,CICSE (ICSE & ISCE) & AHSEC from schools college located within oil operational areas and districts as mentioned above
ii) Oil Employees children securing 95% and above marks in State/Central board examination

Oil merit scholarship 2020 (Non Oil Employee children category)
HSLC (Rural) Reserve – SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD) 70% (420) (General 75% (450)
HSLC (Urban) Reserve – SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD) 80% (480) (General 85% (510)

HOW TO APPLY:
Students must apply online at( https://oileservice.oilindia.in) oilaward available in the announcement section of OIL Website (www.oil-india.com)

DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED:
i) Scan copy of self attested passport size Photo.
ii) Scan copy of self attested Mark Sheet.
iii) Scan copy of self attested Pass Certificate issued by Board /Council.
iv) Scan copy of Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer/Head of Educational Institute.
v) Scan copy of Bank Passbook (1st page),cancelled cheque.
vi) Scan copy of BPL Ratio Card issued by govt ( for BPL Candidates)
vii) Scan copy of Certificate from Medical Authority ( for PWD Students)

Notes:
i) Only after filling up the online form and clicking review the option for uploading documents appear with the page showing the filled up information on top
ii) After filling up the online form and submission a pdf copy of  the filled up form will appear for download. keep the same for our record and do not send to Oil India Limited
