Degree and Post Graduate Level Professional course
Day Scholar: Rs.7,000/- per annum
Hosteller : Rs.13,500/- per annum
Group 2
Other Professional courses leading to Degree, Diploma, Certificate
Day Scholar: Rs.6,500/- per annum
Hosteller: Rs.9500/- per annum

Group 3
Graduate and Post Graduate courses not covered under Gropup 1 and Group 1 and Group 2
Day Scholar: Rs.3000/- per annum
Hosteller: Rs.6000/- per annum
Group 4
All Post-Matriculation (Post Class X Level)

Objectives of SC Scholarship

• To appreciably increase the Gross Enrollment Ratio of SC Students in higher education with an emphasis on those from the poorest households
• To provide financial assistance at Post-Matriculation or Post-Secondary stage enable SC Students to complete their education

Eligibility criteria for SC Scholarships

• The Scholarships are open to Indian Nationals only
• Students must belong to Scheduled Caste and studying at Post-Matric level

Income ceiling
Annual Parent/Guardian’s Income Scholarships will be granted to the students whose parental/ guardian’s Income from all sources done not exceed Rs.2.5 lakhs per annum
Components of SC Scholarships
Compulsory non-refundable fees including tuition fee, as fixed by the fee Fixation/ Rationalization Committee of the State Government

Post-Matric Scholarships for SC Students Scheme run by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment is a scholarship scheme implemented through State Government and UT Administrations. • The Students should be studying full time-time in classes IX and X
• Students must be belong to Scheduled Caste
• Their parent/Guardian’s annual income not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh

Components of the SC Scholarship
Component 1
Day Scholar: Rs.3500/- per annum
Hosteller Rs.7000/- per annum

Eligibility for SC Scholarship Component 2
Pre-Matric scholarship for Children of parents/ guardians engaged in Unclean and hazardous occupation

• The students should be studying full-time in classes I-X
• Children/ward of parents/guardians who belong to categories like, Tanner & Flayers, Waste picker, person engaged in hazardous cleaning and person who are Manual Scavengers

Component 2
Day Scholar Rs.3500/- per annum
Hosteller: Rs.Rs.8000/- per annum (For classes 3rd-10th)
