SEBA HSLC Examination 2022 – Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA), has released a notice regarding HSLC/AHM form fill up

It is for information of all concerned that the date of form fill up for appearing in HSLC/AHM Examination 2022 through Online Examination Portal (i,e https//sebaregistration.in) has been scheduled  as below

It is for information of all concerned that the fees structure of the candidates who are going to appear in the ensuing HSLC/AHM Examination, 2022 is noted below

Important dates
Online Form Fill Up: 25th November 2021 to 18th December 2021
Last date of Challan Generation: 21st December 2021
Last Date of payment at the APEX Bank: 21st December 2021
Online Checklist correction: 22nd December 2021
Last date of Checklist Correction: 31st December 2021

SEBA HSLC/AHM Examination Fee
1. Examination Fee : Rs.650.00 (six hundred fifty only)
2. Centre Fee : Rs.300.00 (three hundred only)
3. Practical Examination Fee (If applicable) : Rs.150.00 (one hundred fifty only)
4. Annual Recognition Fee (To be paid by the head of the institution) :Rs.800.00 (Eight hundred only)

As per the instructions of the Govt. of Assam vide Notification no.PMA(S)25/2017/120 dated 22/08/2019 the payment of fee is exempted for the candidates of Govt/Provincialized and Recognised venture school whose family income from all sources is 2 lakhs or below per annum, provided that

1. The Guardians/Parents of the candidate has to file an application before the head of the institution for such exemption.
2. The applicant has to give a photograph of present status of the tree planted by him/her at the time of admission in class IX.
3. The head of the Institution must verify the genuineness of documents submitted by the Parents/Guardians/Students before allowing the exemption of Examination Fee.

i) Candidates will be allowed to complete their fill-up form their parent School only, where their class IX Registration has been done, No candidate will be allowed to form fill up form another Institution, if their Registration has not been transfer yet

ii) The Centre Fee @300 per candidate shall be released by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam to each of the Centre in due course. In the Examination portal in the Centre-In-Charge has to provided the bank details of the Examination account of the Centre for release of Centre fees

iv) Online Examination portal will start from 25th November 2021 to 18th December 2021

v) The Candidates who have not appeared in the Half Yearly Examination of class X, held in the month of October, 2021, shall not be eligible to sit in the HSLC/AHM Examination, 2022
