SSUHS D.Pharm Admission 2022 : Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has released a notice regarding provisional selected candidates list for admission into D,Pharm course for the session 2021

Name of course: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
Duration of course: 2 Years
Academic Session: 2021
Name of Exam: Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
1st Round offline counseling held on: 16th & 17th June 2022

All other selected candidates are herby directed to report to the Office of the Principal of the respective Medical College with all their original testimonials, Admit Card of CEE 2021 etc.
Date of Admission: 7th and 8th July 2022

Candidates are to deposit the original
Admit Cards
Marks Sheets
Pass Certificates of HSLC and H.S.S.L.C or equivalent examination
Caste Certificate
EWS Certificate etc. to the Principal of the respective Medical College at the time of Admission

The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medical Fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the respective Principal of the Medical Colleges

The Candidates under Divyang (PH) category are directed to report to the office of the Principal, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati on 6th July 2022 at 10:00 am for examination by the Medical Board. The admission date for selected Divyang (PH) category candidates shall be notified on later date
