This is general Information of all candidates who appeared in the common Entrance Examination 2020 conducted by the Srimanta Sankerdeva University of Health Sciences for admission into 1st year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) Course

Name of course: Diploma in Pharmacy
Name of Exam: Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i,e Marks sheets of 10+2, Admit card of HSLC Examination, Pass Certificate, PRC, Caste Certificate, EWS Certificate and other relevant documents including Admit card of Common Entrance Examination 2020, A set of photo copies of the said documents will be required to be submitted at the time of counseling, For TGL/Ex-TGL Candidates the caste certificate must be issued by the DC or SDO and countersigned by the Directorate of Tea Welfare, Govt of Assam, for Char Area candidates the certificates must be issued by the Char area development Authority and countersigned by the Concerned DC/SDO
