About Techbees program
TechBee – HCL’s Early Career program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for fulltime jobs after completing class xII. Candidates undergo 12th months training for entry level IT Jobs on successful completion of training. Candidates are employed in Full – time jobs with HCL. While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS, Pillani or SASTRA University. TechBee enables students to earn eight after school and makes them financially independent TechBee candidates earn a stipend of INR Rs.10,000/- during internship and starting salary of INR 1.70 – 2.20 lacs per annum on starting their full time job with HCL

The training for the program is currently available at Noida, Lucknow, Chennai, Hyderabad Mumbai and Vijayada
TechBee program Eligibility criteria
Exclusive program for students who have completed class xii in 2020/2019 or will complete in 2021
Should have Mathematics /Business Mathematics as a subject in Class XII
Students must meet the percentage criteria (refer the table mentioned below) in their respective state boards Candidates must have Mathematics / Business Mathematics as a subject in class XII/ Intermediate education
Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% in Mathematics/ Business Mathematics in Class XII
Financial Assistance is arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or students

*TechBee program ত অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হোৱা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰী সকলক প্ৰশিক্ষণৰ অন্তত HCL ত সম্পূৰ্ণ- সময়ৰ চাকৰি দিয়া হব।
*আঁচনিৰ অধীনত শ্ৰেণী কোঠাৰ প্ৰশিক্ষণ আৰু মাহিলী ১০, ০০০ টকাৰ বৃত্তিৰ সৈতে ইন্টাৰ্ণশ্বিপ দিয়া হব ।
*পৰৰ্ৱতী পৰ্যায়ত তেওঁলোকৰ চাকৰিৰ ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি প্ৰাৰ্থী সকলে বছৰি ১.৭-২.২ লাখ টকালৈকে প্ৰাৰম্ভিক দৰমহা লাভ কৰিব।
*HCL Technologies ৰ সৈতে কাম কৰি থাকোতে প্ৰাৰ্থী সকলে BITS Pilani আৰু SASTRA University ৰ পৰা স্নাতক পাঠ্যক্ৰমো লাভ কৰিব পাৰিব।
