Qualification:
i) B.Sc Nursing/GNM Nursing Diploma from any nursing college/Institution by Indian Nursing Council
ii) Minimum 1 Year working Experience in ICU Critical Care
iii) Have registered with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council
Age: 18 Years tom 40 Years ( Age relaxation-Check notification)
The following documents in original will ahve to be produced at the time of document verification if called for and photocopies off all certificate etc. are to be submitted
i) Two copies passport size photo which is uploaded during filling up of online Application form Submission
ii) Admit card of HSLC or Birth Certificate
iii) All Marks sheets and Pass Certifcate
iv) Assam Nurses Midwives and Health Visitors Council Registartion Certification
v) Cast Certificate (wherever applicable)
vi) Divyang Certificate (wherever applicable)
vii) EWS Certificate (wherever applicable)
viii) Permanent Residenship Certificate of Assam
