Scooters Distribution for H.S Passed Girls Students 2018 AHSEC

The office of the Director Welfare of Tea& Ex-Tea Garden Tribes Assam invites applications form the girls students belonging to tea tribes community of Assam Who have passed in the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) in the year 2018 in science, Humanities and commerce stream for implementation of the scheme Distribution of Scooters to tea tribes by Tea tribes Welfare Department Govt. of Assam i.e providing two wheeler without gear

The objective of the scheme is to encourage and motivate meritorious girls students as well as providing means of mobility to facilities regular communicating from and to their education institutions

Criteria for Selection of the girl students:

1. The students must have passed the Higher Secondary examination in any of the stream i.e Science Humanities and commerce conducted by Assam Higher Secondary Education Council in the year 2018
2. They must be a permanent residence of Assam
3. Minimum qualification marks for consideration for providing the scooter is 65 and above in the AHSEC examination
4. The students must apply the proper format duly verified by the principal/Head of the Institution appearing AHSEC Examination along with self attested copy of the mark sheet pass certificate.
5. Students receiving the same benefit under any scheme of the Government of Assam during 2018 shall not be eligible for the scheme.
6. Selection will be exclusively be made as per merit in each stream of education subject to availability of candidates with in and above specified percentage of marks and budgetary support.
7. The Application form can be download for the website Assam at http:ttwd-assam.gov.in or neatly typed from the advertisement in the news papers.
8. Application form can be submitted through online or in hard copies along with required testimonials addressed to the Director Welfare of tea& Ex-Tea Tribes Assam Rupnagar Guwahati-32
9. Misrepresentation of facts by the Candidates will render them liable for prosecution.
10. The last date of submission of duly filed in application is 30-11-2018. Incomplete Application will be Summarily rejected.
